July, 2008 Tangletown Garden and Art Tour Minneapolis, MN I was selected to display my work in an outdoor setting within the gardens of the tour.

October, 2007 Artist in Residence St. Michael – Albertville High School, St. Michael, Minnesota
This residency entailed working with the studio art students in designing a mural to identify the art wing of the school. The mural was painted with the help of the advanced drawing and painting students.
July, 2007 Minneapolis Foundation Minneapolis, MN I was invited to participate in a juried show called Reworks hosted by the Minneapolis Foundation. The show focused on artwork that was created from salvaged and recycled elements.
December, 2006 Artist in Residence St. Michael – Albertville High School, St. Michael, Minnesota
A Central Minnesota Arts Board project grant was given to create five individual murals depicting imagery inspired by inspirational quotes.
December, 2006 Gallery 360 Minneapolis, MN Solo show called Back Space. The show consisted of mixed media, interactive sculpture and wall art as well as a collection of new jewelry.
October, 2005 Artist in Residence St. Michael – Albertville High School, St. Michael, Minnesota
I received a Central Minnesota Arts Board Grant to help students paint an 8 x 16 foot mural with three dimensional elements to be displayed in the courtyard of the school.
September, 2005 Gallery 360 Minneapolis, MN My jewelry was selected to be part of the annual trunk show for jewelry artists.

I worked with students to document their artwork by photographing and creating individual portfolios for their artwork. We also created a slideshow of artwork that was shown at the “Arts of the Knight” talent show at STMA.

Exposed students to the technology and software of computer aided sign making. Individual students worked one on one with me to design and fabricate teacher name plates to enhance the schools appearance.
February, 2003 Arts in Harmony (Juried) Elk River Area Arts Alliance national juried art show. Two pieces selected to be included in the show. Awarded “Best Sculpture”.

Albertville – St. Michael High School, St. Michael, MN
I worked with students in the classroom teaching printmaking and print techniques with an emphasis on color, imagery and composition. The session ended with a group critique with students having to discuss their work as well as the work of their peers.
